In 2008, B360 strategically expanded our operations by launching a subsidiary – B360 Construction – to handle projects for clients that require Design Build Services. B360 has an international presence with offices in the USA, Kenya and Rwanda. This ensures B360 provides quality and local services drawing from international experience and exposure.

B360 provides five primary services:

• Architectural services, including architecture, planning, urban design and facility management.
• Interior design services, including interior architecture, programming, move management/consolidation, space planning and finishes, furniture and equipment selection.
• Project management services, including industry consulting services and client representation in all phases of design and construction. B360 can readily provide staff augmentation to bolster a client’s internal facilities staff. In this manner, we become an extension of the client.
• Design-Build Services This method of project delivery offers the ability to have one contract with one design/builder. Because the Architect, Engineers and General Contractor are on the "same team" in a design/build environment, design/build offers many advantages to the owner including price and schedule control early in the design process.
